Chi therapy with the dry sauna add on is an very effective treatment for lower back and pine issues as well as lymphatic flow. It is a fan favorite and most people tell me that it is their favorite station. Dry sauna heats deep into the body giving you all of the benefits of a sauna treatment without having to change your clothes. Some studies are indicating that sauna treatments are correlated with longevity. This therapy not only feels good, but also gives you the following benefits:

Chi is safe for most people and can be adjusted to include or not include the heat. There are a few reasons why someone should not use the Water station. Please do not use if you:


  • Had an operation or a bone fracture in the last 3 months
  • Are suffering from an infection
  • Have a bleeding injury
  • Have heart disease (talk to a doctor if mild, may use without the heat)
  • Are using a pacemaker (may use without the heat)
  • Are pregnant 



Because of the nature of the decline of the station, we recommend not eating or drinking 30 min before the treatment.
